Our annual engagement survey has been launched – and we want to hear what you have to say about working here.

All the data is presented back to us as trends so we can see where the common themes are that once again we can take action around. This leads to a plan for improvement across our business from our People Team as well as bespoke plans that are put together by individual properties.

This year we want to encourage as many people as possible to answer the questionnaire, so to encourage you and our wider teams to participate for each completed survey we will donate £2.50 to charity. Each property will be asked to choose a charity to support – and if your property achieves a participation rate of over 75% we will double the donation we make to that charity.

Everyone who works for our company will be given a survey to complete that asks for views about leadership, your manager, your team, pay and benefits and other factors that impact how you feel about working here. Answers remain anonymous so you can be completely honest and not worry about your responses being traced back to you. In fact, by being honest we will get some really valuable insights into how we are doing and by giving your feedback, you can make a real difference to you and your colleagues.

It only takes 15 minutes to complete and can even be done on a mobile phone. Please keep your eye out for the survey and encourage your colleagues to participate too – if you receive your survey by email, it’s done by b-Heard.
